L2Go Terms and Conditions   

By booking any lessons with L2Go You confirming that you have read and agreed with our Tearms and Conditions. Our Driving instructors have the right to work in a risk-free environment, any form of abuse will be taken very seriously and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Diving licenses and fitness to drive

1. You must hold a current, valid driving license, provisional, full or international, and must have it with you on the first driving lesson.
2. You need to be able to read a number plate from 20.5 metres away, if you require glasses or contact lenses then these must be worn for lessons.
3. You must be legally and medically fit to drive.

Failure to meet the above requirements the lesson will be cancelled and you will be charged for the full amount.

L2Go Training vehicles

Training vehicles provided by the L2Go driving school are taxed, insured for the purposes of driving tuition ,fully road worthy and fitted with dual controls.
However if the car breaks down or gets a puncture, that’s out of our control and the driving instructor will not be held accountable for that and the lesson will be rearranged.

Training location

All lessons will start and finish at the same location as agreed with Driving Instructor, unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. The Driving Instructor will determine a location for practical lessons which ensures both the pupils and public safety. This means that the Instructor may need to drive the Pupil to and from the lesson location.
This journey time is included in the time the L2Go lesson was paid for.

L2Go Gift Vouchers

When purchasing L2Go Gift Vouchers, please be aware they are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
The first lesson must take place within three months from the date of purchase..
Once the first lesson has commenced the Pupil has a further three months to complete the lessons from the L2Go Gift Voucher.
If failed to do so there will be no refunds.

Prepaid L2Go Lesson Packages

Prepaid lessons are valid for six months from the date of purchase. If you have any issues commencing your first lesson within this 6 month time frame please notify us by email so we have proof of the circumstances. Unfortunately, if you contact us after the six months have expired then you will not be entitled to a refund.

Lessons must start within 6 months of the purchase date and must also be completed and finished within 12 months of purchase. If for any reason you can’t complete the Driving lessons in that period please notify us of the reason and we can then issue a refund. Failure to do so after the 12 months of the purchase date has expired, you will not be entitled to a refund.

L2Go Intensive Courses

If you book an intensive course with L2Go and you then chose to cancel before the lessons start taking place you will lose 50% of the course payment unless a minimum of 4 weeks notice is given.
The reason being an intensive course requires a lot of planning, and your L2Go instructor has booked your lessons in the diary and has committed to you.
If you started the intensive course and you chose to cancel there after a 25% deposit will be charged.

L2Go Special Offers & Block Bookings

Only one L2Go special offer will be granted per pupil.

Block bookings discounts are non refundable.
Once you start your block of lessons, and if for any reason you would like to stop the lessons you will get a refund for the lessons remaining, discount will not be applied to any refund given.
The lessons that you have already taken will be charged at a standard hourly rate, and taken of from the amount that you paid, and a refund will be issued.
No Cash refunds are given.

Driving Test

While your instructor will make every effort for you to be Test ready, in the event that your not Test ready.

• The Instructor reserves the right to withdraw their car for Tests without notice should the pupil prove not to be Test Standard.
• And if the pupil is driving in a manner that the Instructor deems Unsafe to their car and the interest of Public Safety.
• Your Instructor will make every effort to ensure that vehicle supplied for test will be fully road worthy and comply with legal requirements at the start of the test, he/she cannot be held responsible for vehicle failure that occurs during test and is not liable for consequential loss.
• Your Instructor cannot be held responsible for test appointments cancelled by DVSA due to bad weather, sickness staff shortages or other reasons. Such cancellation are beyond the control of your instructor and therefor the lesson fee and use of car fee for the booked period will be charged. Your Instructor will advise you about claiming compensation from DVSA

L2Go Lesson Cancellation

Must be made 48 hours before time of the lesson or the normal lesson fee will be charged, unless a doctor certificate can be provided. The L2Go instructor has the right to cancel at a short notice if it is suspected that the pupil may be unfit to Drive due to effects of alcohol, drugs, (prescribed or otherwise)  or any other conditions that would cause his/her driving to be illegal. In such circumstances the lesson fee will be payable.
Your Instructor reserves the right to postpone lessons in certain circumstances i.e. Dangerous weather conditions-Mechanical breakdown-or illness. In the event of postponement, fees paid in advance will be carried forward.

L2Go Personal Information

Your personal information is held on a secure sever and L2Go will only use your personal information to process your order. We will not pass your details on to other parties other than your Driving Instructor (if applicable) unless required to comply with laws or regulations of the government or other relevant regulatory body.
