OUR L2Go INSTRUCTORS:
At L2Go our driving instructors are all self employed franchises, therefore we act as their agent. The contract for driving lessons is between pupils and their instructors.
Any block bookings paid to the instructor directly by cash/bank transfer is solely between the pupil and the franchised instructor.
We cannot be held accountable for any cash/bank transfer payments made to your L2Go instructor. If you are experiencing difficulty with cash or bank transfer refunds from your L2Go instructor.
L2Go will try our best to assist you on your behalf. In the event that we can’t recover your money, we might refer you to the following so you can report and make a claim against your allocated instructor.
- Citizen advice
- Money claim online
- DVSA
In some cases where we believe your complaint is of a serious matter or dispute, L2Go may ask you to report your complaint to the DVSA who are the organization which decides whether a driving instructor is fit to remain on the register. By doing this you help us and the DVSA to take the necessary actions against the self-employed instructor, which prevents this from happening to potential customers again.
